THE BELLE RIVERHOUSE
Welcome to The Belle! A beautiful, 100-year-old holiday home in the historic village of Tumbulgum, nestled by the river in the Tweed Valley, Northern NSW. She has recently been renovated into a luxurious boutique holiday house that can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. This Queenslander style home has a huge wrap-around verandah with stunning views of the Tweed River and the green rolling hills of the valley.
This spacious house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms including 5 x King Bedrooms (3 with En-suites) and 1 x Queen Bedroom.
The room configurations can be flexible as we have two King beds that can be split into King Singles, as well as two fold-away trundle beds.
Bedroom 1 - Master Suite - 1 x King Bed + huge ensuite with a bath
Bedroom 2 - King Suite - 1 x King Bed + sweet ensuite
Bedroom 3 - King Suite - 1 x King Bed (or up to 3 single beds) + ensuite (This King Bed can be split into two King Singles, plus there is a fold-away trundle)
Bedroom 4 - King Room - 1 x King Bed + private verandah
Bedroom 5 - King Room - 1 x King Bed (or up to 3 single beds) + 1 x Double Bed (This King Bed can be split into two King Singles, plus there is a fold-away trundle)
Bedroom 6 - Queen Room - 1 x Queen Bed + river views
There is also a modern kitchen with SMEG appliances, a cozy lounge room with fireplace, a separate TV/sitting room, and a large dining room complete with a custom made Blackbutt dining table that seats 16.
Downstairs is a huge games room with a pool table, dart board, table tennis and many games that will keep you all entertained for hours! The games room opens out onto the lawn and gardens, where you can play lawn games, sit by the firepit, relax in the sweet Gazebo or stroll across the road to the river.
The Belle is perfectly located to experience the best that the Tweed Region has to offer. There is so much to explore including the river and estuaries, pristine beaches, coastal towns, farms, rural villages, national parks, and rainforest.
Tumbulgum is home to some lovely eateries, which are all within walking distance of The Belle. These include Tumbulgum Tavern, House of Gabriel and Husk Distillery (home of the famous Ink Gin).
Murwillumbah, Kingscliff, Chinderah, Cudgen, Cabarita Beach, Pottsville, Uki, Stokers Siding, Burringbar and Tyalgum are all a short drive away and they have many great restaurants, cafes and local attractions to explore.
